…in my heart when I found out that Nate’s Taco Truck Stop is closing, and that the truck will now have limited hours. Nate’s tacos are the best tacos of all time (proven and scholarly researched fact), and even though Nate is leaving for totally respectable reasons, I’ll still miss getting Nate’s tacos in between classes with friends. I guess the taco equivalent of “pouring out a drink” is smashing a taco to the ground…but I can’t even do that. So I’ll just eat a TVP taco slowly, while pondering how tacos fit into life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
